When I first started this blog I received a ton of suggestions on places from which I might like to try ordering.  One of these was Upton Tea. I placed an order a few weeks ago and am now happily drinking my teas. The one I’ll review today is Strawberry Kiwi.

From the label it contains: apple, rose hip peels, hibiscus, kiwi, and strawberry.

It is currently available in sample size (15g) for $1.50, 100g for $7.80 and 250g for $14.82.

When I first opened the bag my mouth started watering – I could smell the sweet strawberry and the tart kiwi. As it brewed it still smelled sweet and tangy, like strawberry syrup.  The flavor itself was more complex.  I definitely tasted the hibiscus and the strawberry and kiwi gave it a really sweet and tart flavor.  This is definitely a candidate for iced tea.
