Last week I wrote about Spinzilla and my spinning plans.  I wanted to come back and post the results!

The short story is that I beat my totals from last year. I only managed to finish one of the spin projects I had in mind, the combo spin of Southern Cross Fibre braids.  However, this totaled 455g/16.0oz or a full pound of fiber which I have never spun in just a week before!  My final yardage was 1434 yards of 2-ply yarn for a total of 4,302 Spinzilla yards. I’ve added photos of my progression below.

It was an exhausting week, but I can’t wait to wind the yarn and cast on for my shawl!
