Today brings me to the third and final of the teas my sister brought me from Distinctly Tea – Apricot Black.

From the label, the blend contains decaf Ceylon orange pekoe tea and natural apricot flavoring.

I couldn’t find it on the site right now, but there are a number of other yummy teas that contain both the apricot.

 

When I opened the package I could smell the apricot.  Once brewed it smelled sweet – almost honeyed.  The taste was really smooth – a nice black tea with a hint of apricot. It was a great afternoon tea, just enough sweet to be interesting.
