Welcome to Episode 334! It’s been another chatty week. I’ve been bitten by the cleaning bug, I’ve made great progress on my sweaters, and I’ve ransacked the stash for some spins for Tour de Fleece which starts this weekend. Grab a cup of tea and join me for a bit!
Knitting:
- Finished: Snap by Tin Can Knits, various fingering weight leftovers
- In progress: Flax Light by Tin Can Knits, Havirland Unicorn Taco and matching speckles
- In progress: Dovetail Sweater by Quinn Reverendo, Abundant Earth Fibers special batch DK and Manos del Uruguay Bocados (small skeins of Alegria Grande)
- In progress: A chicken for The City Girl Farm
Tour de Fleece starts this weekend (June 26th) and I’m ready to roll. Oil your wheels, draft your fiber and let’s spin. This year you can participate pretty much anywhere. I started a Facebook group, you can tag your photos on Instagram with #teamckt2021, or you can participate in the Ravelry thread I started.
